5100 Maryland Way

Built in 1979 as one of the first commercially zoned buildings in Maryland Farms, this typical red brick insurance office has been comfortably situated in its landscape for decades. Exactly 40 years later in 2019, two visionaries–Kyle Armstrong and William Kirkland–saw a greater potential for this sleepy building, and toasted their favorite single-barrel bourbon to new adventures. While some of the original items on their wish list didn’t make the cut; i.e. rooftop bar (maybe one day), they exposed every unique detail of the structure and outfitted the space with as many amenities as they could fit in the 10,000 square foot property. Multiple conference and huddle rooms, phone booth offices, a stocked kitchen, pool table, outdoor patio, and kitchen, and the office favorite - a putting green perfectly set up to work out the most crucial negotiations. Kyle and William have created an environment that promotes collaboration and entices people to want to come to the office!
